After the devastating fires around the country last Summer, (that’s right last summer!!!!! before 2020 handed COVID-19 to us) the rebuild is now well underway. The supply chain has experienced surges in demand across numerous building products that fit the Bush Fire Zone requirements. One of the most common questions surrounding the well known Merbau specie is the request for information to pass on to a certifier that includes the ever popular Laminated Magna Merbau “Look for Red Ends”! ETH Magna Merbau GL Beams / Posts and DAR Boards supplied by Meyer Timber are suitable as bush fire – resisting timber.
