FTMA Australia is as committed to their sponsors as they are their members and over the years, we have continued to upgrade the sponsorship packages, without increasing the costs; a bit like our membership!

It was for this reason that we recently held a FTMA Board & Sponsors Forum in Healesville.  The purpose of the forum was to review the 2019 FTMA National Conference and discuss our Strategic Plan and upcoming projects such as the Carbon Warriors Project.

The feedback from our sponsors is important and equally important is our sponsors understanding that our Association exists to put fabricators first and outlay ways in which they can help us achieve that goal.

It is fantastic to see the sponsors recognise the importance of putting fabricators first and also recognising the work being done by FTMA Australia.

Out of this forum came the great news that AKD Softwoods has decided to increase their sponsorship for the 2019-20 year from a Bronze to Silver level.  Shane Vicary, AKD Softwoods CEO said:

“The decision to be a sponsor of FTMA came very easily to us at AKD and more recently our decision to increase our sponsorship level to Silver was a natural progression in terms of the value of this key customer segment to us along with our ongoing company growth, especially with the northern mill acquisitions late last year.”

We look forward to continuing our work with all our sponsors and have spent the last month updating the Preferred Suppliers Pages on the FTMA Australia Website.  We encourage fabricators to visit the Preferred Supplies page and download our sponsors latest Preferred Suppliers flyer for your files.

FTMA as always encourages fabricators to support those who support your industry.  If your business wants to know how they can become involved as sponsors of the only National Association purely dedicated to fabricators please contact me at kersten@ftma.com.au.
