In an effort to bring some excitement and joy to our members, the FTMA Free Lucky Members Draw will become a regular monthly draw. It all began a few months ago when I won two tickets to a Panthers vs Knights game along with a night’s stay at the new Pullman in Penrith. Recognising the current tough times, I decided to share the prize and offer it up for a special members draw. With 78 registrations, Luke Hill from MCM Frames & Trusses in St Marys was our lucky winner.
Given the positive response, we’ve committed to continuing the FTMA Free Lucky Members Draw every month. In June, FTMA member OZLVL generously offered a dozen bottles of wine. Evan Boorman from Trussmakers in Victoria emerged as the fortunate winner of this delicious prize.
Looking ahead, the July FTMA Free Lucky Members Draw offers an incredible opportunity. One lucky member will win a free ticket to attend the Timber Construct Conference in Melbourne, happening on the 12th and 13th of August at Rydges Melbourne. This prize, valued at $895, is a fantastic chance for professional development and networking. While flights and accommodation are not included, the savings on the ticket alone are significant. For those interested, more details about the Timber Construct Conference can be found on their website at www.timberconstruct.org. Please note, this conference is organised by the Timber Development Association in NSW and replaces the old Frame Conference managed by Kevin Ezard.
