Earlier this month, we celebrated the launch of our new FTMA HR Portal, in partnership with HRAnywhere, with FTMA Member exclusive webinar.
This comprehensive platform will help streamline your human resources, occupational health and safety, and workers compensation needs. This innovative service, integrated directly within the FTMA website, means no more juggling multiple login details – one set gets you access to all the support you need, exactly as you, our valued members, have requested.
For the portal launch, we were joined by the dynamic duo – Brenda & Gaby from HRAnywhere (HRA), to guide members through all the features and services available including the PMA Line open to all FTMA Members 5 days a week!
PMA is a dedicated ‘people advisory service’ for FTMA Members that provides practical and compliant HR, Workers Compensation and Safety and Wellbeing advisory support to businesses. This service is free for all FTMA members and includes unlimited calls and/or emails. The PMA service is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm AEST (to ensure coverage for WA members).

Updated HR Resources
In partnership with HRA, we will continue to update information when necessary and add to the library resources.
For example, since we have launched at the beginning of the month, we have added a Motor Vehicle Policy template for our members.
