As reported in the November edition of FTMA News, the FTMA Board came together in Healesville in November to revisit our Strategic Plan, ensuring it reflects our aims for the next four years.
This is only the 2nd time that we have created a Strategic Plan during my 13+ years in the job and it was very rewarding looking back at our first plan, to see that, with the exception of training, we had delivered everything we had planned for in 2017.
Andrew Gosbell of the Associations Forum joined the board and facilitated our discussions, and man was their great input from all. It was a huge day and we are extremely pleased of the final result and excited about what lies ahead,
